Terms of Service

The service
ASPIYRE provides free educational e-books, optional mentorship applications, and — for account holders — a guided personal-development journey (the "Operating System") consisting of chapters, modules, lessons, and missions. Course e-books remain free regardless of account status; the Operating System journey requires an account.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. Self-Guided access activates immediately on signup. Selecting Mentorship or Executive Mentorship submits an application for review — it does not create a payment obligation and does not guarantee acceptance.
Your content
Reflections, mission submissions, and uploaded files remain yours. We store them to run the product (showing your progress, letting you resume, and — where you've applied for mentorship — sharing relevant submissions with authorized mentors). We do not sell your content or publish it without your consent.
No professional advice
Course content, journey lessons, and mentorship guidance are educational and developmental in nature. They are not financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
